Run 1:34:00 [1] 11.4 mi (8:15 / mi) +30m 8:11 / mi

Puttering around all day as it rained and finally got out for a run in the evening. Out around Fresh Pond and up through Arlington and back to Alewife. Not feeling ducky and nipple chafe, blergh. Took the shuttle back to Harvard and ran home, although I did figure out how to run the shuttles for half the cost on the way (now, will the T take my advice?).

Run 10:04 [1] 1.1 mi (9:09 / mi)

And the run home.

Run hills 45:08 [1] 3.8 mi (11:53 / mi) +292m 9:35 / mi

My dad's 70th birthday and he came to November Project! A little late, but we'll cut him some slack. I was still pretty beat from Tuesday and Wednesday and focused on running down the hill fast. Then I'd run up to where he was coming down and we'd do a slow jog up. Not bad, dad!

Run 29:33 [3] 1.5 mi (19:42 / mi) +524m 9:27 / mi

1x stadium. Felt okay to start, but last night's fun caught up with me. Nowhere near a PR, despite a good day for it. HR 150ish most of the way, spiked to 165 for the last push. Strength+Threshold.

Run 13:24 [1] 1.4 mi (9:34 / mi) +5m 9:28 / mi

Run to do some errands. First to [this content has been censored due to BAA regulations] and then off to the grocery store. Nice to stretch the legs!

Run warm up/down 10:00 [1] 1.4 mi (7:09 / mi)

Not uphill, definitely in to the wind. Garmin not finding satellites. Good warm up, since I'd just biked home in to the wind, too.

Run intervals 19:45 [4] 3.48 mi (5:40 / mi)

Intervals! Effed up my watch for the first one, boo, hit the stop instead of the lap, but the split time shows 3:31. Then 3:33, 3:38, 3:46 (fell of the pack, got caught in the wind) but redeemed myself with a 3:29. Max HR of 168 (except on the 3:46, when I didn't hold it). Seems low, but maybe I need to learn to push harder? But my last one was pretty close. HRMs are fun because data.

Then 3x200, 37-35-33, but with the wind. These were supposed to be at our mile pace, I don't think I'm about to run a 4:24 mile.

Run warm up/down 40:00 [1] 3.5 mi (11:26 / mi)

Then a slow run home (and interstitial 200s between the 1000s).
