Run 24:00 [3] 3.0 mi (8:00 / mi) +30m 7:46 / mi

Quick run with Roscoe and Elias down to the river and back. Felt … like I hadn't gotten enough sleep the night before.

Run 18:49 [1] 1.5 mi (12:33 / mi) +100m 10:24 / mi

November Project Mpls! Two new tribes in a week!

In training for #Summit they had us off running hills on trails, and doing exercises at the bottom and burpies at the top and the number of burpies increased with each trip up the stairs and, well, it went from mostly running to mostly burpies. Which I'm coming around to, since they haven't tried to kill me recently.

November Project 15:00 [3]

The core of NP.

Trail Run 50:52 [1] 5.2 mi (9:47 / mi) +120m 9:08 / mi

Colin: Let's go for a run.
Me: Okay.

Then we went on a trail run and I was not in trail running shoes. So it was a bit slidey. Up and down the trails along the river, which was pretty fun, but wicked greasy after the storms rolled through in the afternoon. Super sweaty out, too, but a good kick-off before drunkenness began at reunion.

Run 27:22 [3] 1.0 mi (27:22 / mi) +390m 12:22 / mi

Ho hum, just your morning stadium workout … in Worcester! Early train out, ride to the workout, stairs (45 for the big sections, a Harvard and a half!), hugs, tags, breakfast, then the train home. It worked. It was fun. #WooTrainClan

Run 15:16 [1] 1.8 mi (8:29 / mi)

Run to work to grab some stuff I'd left there by accident before the early morning.

Bicycle 1:01:25 [1] 16.0 mi (3:50 / mi) +327m 3:37 / mi

Loop out through Fayette. Ankles tired from the run yesterday (hmm, I wonder why?) so biking seemed like the right course of action. Felt kind of lethargic, but got warmed up enough to then go jump in the lake. Woo!
