Ski long 1:46:45 [1] 11.2 mi (9:32 / mi) +662m 8:03 / mi

Off to Windblown with Tom. Only went to 30 last night so it never firmed up, but to start off it was pretty good skiing. We went up the Open Slope and down it, a few (four) times, which went from decently fast to good spring telemark to ugh, slow.

Then we skied around the flats and it got real slow. My skis especially. Tom's especially "structured" skis were faster than mine. Which didn't say much. 50 and wet powder gets pretty slow.

Run 1:24:00 [1] 9.3 mi (9:02 / mi)

9 miles over four runs, one of them with a ton of groceries from Market Basket and one of those stupid string backpacks that broke so I carried it over one shoulder with cheerios under one arm and paper towels under the other. That was fun. Then dad's birthday, November Project, etc.

Run hills 46:19 [3] 5.3 mi (8:44 / mi) +329m 7:20 / mi

Back hills, and stairs. Doing a little extra on each to make sure I got to the top and bottom.

Run 56:23 [1] 7.6 mi (7:25 / mi) +30m 7:20 / mi

Run off to go around Fresh Pond. Didn't feel great but threw down some decent miles, and some good sprints gunning for lights (some of which I made). Time to start running more; ankle feeling better. Or maybe skiing this weekend.

Run 29:31 [1] 1.5 mi (19:41 / mi) +524m 9:26 / mi

Stadium, with a little snow left in places. Did not feel very ducky after a day of travel and a little jetlag.

Run along the C-Train at rush hour to see how cities can plan transit well. In other countries.
