..catching up, I'm obviously not good at keeping this up to date.
We run, do strength training, and cycle once a week each as part of what we're calling MACsium workouts. Generally, we meet Tuesdays and do a TNT-style run and Wednesdays to do a turbo-fit style strength session... but the dates vary occasionally, and are emailed out on Sundays. We start at 5:45pm and meet by the track at Mac. We cycle on Sunday evenings, generally rail trail or DV.. this is less organized and tends to end at a pub.
