I didn't make many mistakes, but the woods were full of thorns and slowed me down at many places.

Warm up for the relay

This relay (ACB) was about a white or yellow in difficulty so I killed it. I ran the first two legs, the first one in 7:22 and the second in 8:28. Both were 1.5k so I think it was just under 5 minutes per kilometer on the first one? Edwin did a great job and closed our relay in 25:09. So we won and got T-shirts, which was cool even if they are too big.

Very sore and my shoulder was overly swollen. Luckily it only hurt when I moved it every way except forwards and backwards, so I was able to run.

Only wanted to do 4 because I was very tired and sore. Then I did 4 strides and ran 2 more. Somewhere in there tommy wanted to try and break 12 for the 100 and so I sorta sprinted with him but I was too tired so did like 13.9 or something and then finished the run.

Hard, I thought Monday was bad but today proved me wrong. Mainly hamstrings and upper body, I was the only one there so I had all three trainers looking at me the whole time... Talk about pressure.

I ran the first 4.75 with Matt at a pretty good pace and finished the 5 in 34:27. I was going to be done but tommy needed to do another mile and a half and he convinced me to run it with him. I'm glad I did.

At unlocked with Nahom and Noah Soloman. Today was very very hard and I felt like passing out halfway through. We worked on mostly upper legs and upper body. We made the mistake of complaining to nicole about how hard it was, she laughed very loudly and said," ITS TRACK SEASON, YOU'RE IN MY HOUSE NOW." At that point Nahom, Noah and I realized we are in for a long winter...
