Had a tennis match today. Its been a few months since the last one but we won so that was cool.

Running 52:10 [3] 6.6 km (7:54 / km)

Ran with Rhett at Lenora Park. Mostly on paved trails but about 2 miles was on some dirt/gravel trails through the woods. Was feeling tired before I started but the run went pretty well. I've had a runny nose all week but i think my body has been doing a pretty good job fighting it off so far. Will focus on more sleep the next few days to try and help it. Also got news from Rhett that his store got some inov8s for me. Not sure which ones or what model but excited to try them out.

I promise i am not this slow. Spent the better part of the afternoon hanging ribbons for the meet im directing next weekend. I ran to every control but there was also a lot of standing still. The woods were really open and fun to run through. Made sure to tape my ankle beforehand and didn't have any problems. Kind of sad that i can't really run the meet next weekend but also really interested to see how it goes. I feel like i've done good in designing the courses but only time will tell.

Was also planning to run on the trails after finishing this but by the time I got back the sun had set and I was getting hungry so I called it a day.
