Rodes CIty Run 10k. First 10k race in many years. I feel like a huge burden has been lifted with the EIA realization.
Negative split the 5k distances! I don't feel that horrible after race fatigue either

Favorite loop at Tom Wallace
Quite the eye opener today. Tried Primatene mist for the Exercised Induce Asthma and wow! Felt great to be able to breathe. For many years I thought I was just a poor runner, very hard to breathe and very fatigued.
Definitely heading to an allergist to see about some real medicine!

Ran the Green course from January meet at Waverly Park. I have definitely been doing way too much cycling & swimming.
Exercise induced asthma is definitely more of a problem this year. Felt bad after 20 minutes but trudged on.
