4km 'trigpoint' run, to Cumnor Hurst and back.
Like two weeks ago, I felt terrible and powerless. It was soon clear I wasn't going as well as I wanted to do so I made it only a short run and went quite easy. I even walked a few times.
Last week I didn't go for a run the day after circuits and I felt alright on the Thursday and Friday. Perhaps I should consider resting on Wednesdays?
