Circuits intervals 1:00:00 [3]
Had hoped for circuits without equipment this week, but sadly it didn't happen. A fairly standard session: 50s on 10s off for one circuit + 3. It felt harder than last week, due to the longer intervals and my lack of exercise this last week. The swelling or whatever on my heel wasn't such a problem (felt it most during Fast Feet) but that could be because I was wearing my circuits-only trainers.
There were noticeably less people there than usual, what with it being Valentine's Day. That was a good thing in one way - you can do sprint-the-long-sides-jog-the-short so much better when there are a lot less people to bump into.
