Circuits intervals 1:00:00 [4]
50s on 10s off for one complete circuit plus 3 stations. Jon M turned was there as well. Had planned to start on #18 (Neider Press) but a group of three people beat us to that so we started on #24 (The Plank) instead.
Wasn't working as hard as perhaps I should have been, though with not having done any exercise for a few days I felt. Was definitely feeling breathless at a few places.
One word of advice: Mr Instructor has hinted that there may be circuits with no equipment on Tuesday 18th April, the day after Easter Monday.
