Lovely chilled run with Becky to start the day! We just ran around Culbin forest and back home, and I felt good! My hip felt a little sore, but got through it fine - I am for sure better in the morning which is good to know in general. This was also the first time wearing my new compression calf sleeves - they were awesome and felt great so will wear them pretty much always in the future! :)

Me and Becky cycled home from Findhorn, and we also did a little extra loop at the end to bring the distance to 20km and the time closer to 1 hour as was set. Feeling strong on the bike - was fairly flat so we got pretty good speed up! Keeping it going <3
