PHYSIO : I was meant to do S/C session today but stuck to physio as super tired - will do a lot more S/C next week and on Sunday :)

Final run in Scotland! A lovely morning jog to wake up with Jane and Becky around Kintessack - amazing I can do any running after yesterday and it has been such a big week!
Lacking a little motivation today, I am not sure why, but trusting the process and am sure I will be back feeling awesome soon.
