Early morning run around Arthurs Seat, through the city up Carlton Hill and back via Waverly and the Meadows.
Really enjoyed it but felt a bit stiff initially, but loosened up with distance.
Listened to an awesome podcast during - by running happy and reducing tension we feel less pain!
Aware of stiffness in the right ankle and right hip still.... but just highlighting areas to love!
