Proud of my positivity this morning :)
Listen to the body and stay in the step, be with it and listen at the deepest level to my body. It is vital to listen to every message, we can be led! Let go of fear <3
Easier to walk and move today which is a great sign, but still very sore.

(injured) (rest day)

I fell and sprained my right ankle last night - a lot of pain in my arch :(
Went to the hospital and assessed that it wasnt broken which is fab :)
Using this as a positive experience and a spiritual process. <3
DW Physio now just glute work as not strong enough to do calf raises yet - i have physio with him next monday so can re-assess then <3
Switching out running for bike/cross trainer until I feel strong enough - might try some swimming too <3
All will pass and all will be well.
Unfortunate now with these running goals ahead, and felt down and meh yesterday, but feeling positive today and ready to train hard and maintain my fitness despite this - I am going to book some spin classes etc. to remain aligned - lost of healing measures in place too.

Running 57:00 [3] 10.1 km (5:39 / km) +106m 5:22 / km
ahr:149 max:174 shoes: HOKA TRAIL SHOES

Early morning run around Arthurs Seat, through the city up Carlton Hill and back via Waverly and the Meadows.
Really enjoyed it but felt a bit stiff initially, but loosened up with distance.
Listened to an awesome podcast during - by running happy and reducing tension we feel less pain!
Aware of stiffness in the right ankle and right hip still.... but just highlighting areas to love!
It was so cold - 0 degrees!
