Steps: 9300 - not quite my daily goal but fine ... not too ok worried aboht steps as protects the foot and basically 10000 anyway!
Physio; Done

Generally doing well with not letting this foot takeover my life in any sense apart from preventing me to run.
Occasionally get the urge to hop on it - but DONT.
No hopping/testing until the consultant appt. on the 30th - a day or 2 before run a KM on the treadmill to assess - just keep trusting and not testing <3
