Re-aligned and ready to take it on <3. Also did a little hopping just to test like with the treadmill, and although it still hurts - less! Promising to an extent :)

Testing the foot out before my Appt. with John McKinley on Thursday. You know what - it didn’t feel awful - weak and unused but the orthotics supported it better and I can defo run - but defo a structural issue. But felt good to get movement ! Keeping an eye <3
Learnig to love every step of the process of life <3. Another day of complete rest for realignment and did a lot of walking today - it’s been an intense week so a little recovery was neeeded but getting back on the training consistently from tommorow.
