Started today really well and feeling good. Morning routine really kicks things of for me. Noting what builds me up and what breaks me down. <3
Had to jog to the doctors as running late, and although can physically run the foot is very dysfunctional and not able to run - we will adress this with Del next week in terms of conservative healing and then after the MRI with Dr McKinley if surgical healing is necessary. But for now - stay present, tape and support and ice as you can, and remain faithful <3

MRI booked the week after. <3 - Once we get the results of the MRI we can truly plan the healing process with Dr. McKinley- for now just remain faithful and present and kind to yourself. I can feel myself generating stories, but there is just no need at present. Believe in the process. <3
All on the steps of healing - excited to work with Del and see what he has to say.... this is a process to work with. PRESENT.

First time trying out the Watt Bikes in the circuit room - SO good and will defo be using more. Really makes for an efficient and hard sweaty workout. Long session on the bike today - feeling much more motivated to develop my body and my fitness.
20 min warm up tempo ride. 20 x (1 min work, 1 min chill) 20 min cool down tempo ride.
Want to use more of what the gym has to offer, such as the circuit room where these bikes are and classes etc!
