Ankle and feet absolutely fine on the XT so slowly going to build this back into my program.
Listening to the body!
Really enjoying training.
Just a simple 30 min tempo @ resistance 6.

- New ankle injury sprain on the left foot - but it is not broken :D

Super healthy vegan nutrition - protein.

This will all be good for the other foot too.

Exercises from booklet:
4 x a day - Legs straight out in front feet forward + back, in and out, circles.
Single leg standing 1 min.
Slow calf raises 10.
