But of a late start after a late work shift last night - but feeling positive and committed - a lot of clearing work this afternoon before an afternoon/evening library shift :)

Happy with training this week - much more committed to seeing progression <3 let’s do this!

Week 1, Day 1 pre-surgery decision.
8 weeks of transformative healing <3.

Feeling a little funny illness wise - think that some symptoms of glandular might be returning a little (swollen glands, tiredness, general foginess, stomach ache, scratchy throat) so need to really keep alcohol, sugar and caffeine consumption down and get plenty of rest <3. Good for healing lifestyle as well.
Great as a marker to relax and be at ease.

Always look over Julia’s notes and remain at ease, self loving and centered in self. You got this!
All a process to work with and cycles to clear.

Feeling a little ill and foggy today - think that sugar reduction, no alcohol, rest, fab nutrition and hydration will all help it out.

APPT, with John McKinley - went in full of light. Basically MRI showed what we thought - healing conservatively until early April and then we will decide on surgery. Until then I’m staying super present and positive. <3

Feeling really good in my body today. It does not talk long at all once I play out a cycle and return to commitment for me to feel great no matter what. On the path and going into my appt. tommorow full of light <3

Was meant to do a slightly longer session today, but as the day worked out it wasn’t meant to be. But still got a great sweat and movement on. Feeling good in my body <3

Project is going fab so far let’s keep it going and never stop <3.

Just testing my foot/feet out before the appt. tommorow.
It is feeling a lot better!
Still tentative and not fully healed - but the improvement is really promising.
Did 1 min run, 1 min walk x 5.

Speed endurance spinning all on 10 at about 100RPM.
Was wanting to do a little longer - but I got my run test in, some strength and my yoga so feeling fine.<3

Feeling much more present today after a little bit of stress...

Also committing to shifting any excess body weight - feeling good and strong but know that reaching my goal weight over the next few months before I go to Sydney will massively aid with the healing process. <3
PROJECT DAY 1 <3

Conscious of the swelling of the left ankle today so making sure to get back on it with the icing, medication and healing.

- Hopping update:
L foot - fine
R foot - better!
Jogging update:
Fine on the left ankle and still a little sore on the right but defo better - hopefully this is something that will slowly pass... but for now I am remaining present and working on healing my body through training, nutrition and weight loss <3

Going to try a tiny run on Wednesday before my Thursday appt.
