SO... not ideal to start a fresh week with a niggling achilles but its okay :) I feel fine about it and kind because I know that it will heal nice and quick if I just take a week off running now. I have Mhairi's marathon 5km on Sunday so will defo do that - but until then lets just rest up and rehab. Breaking a cycle by not getting upset about this and being sensible. And then once I am pain free I can build up REALLY slow rather than jumping back in. A good week to focus on yoga and work and self love. <3 love.

Took it too fast today - just felt good in the sun and strong in my body - however my achilles is flaring a little so in the future take these slowly and gently - remember what Julia said - smooth, light and fast. Be cautious of the achilles though! ( 2 x 10 min run, 1 min walk)
