Todays walking with a little running here and there - achilles not bad with this so just doing this a few times for the next 2 weeks before building up again <3 enjoying all I can do - and when weight loss kicks in from now running will build <3

- Taking 2 weeks off pure running and then building back slow with couch to 5km and then moving forward from there.
