BUILDING BALANCE - feeling very grounded in what I am doing in my life right now <3
Life is a balancing act of all aspects - personal growth, relationships, work, uni, training etc.... learning to give equal and appropriate weight. Training is a massive part and slowly building running back is amazing.

Aiming to build my speed endurance and get a sub 20 min 5km by xmas :O <3

Was going to go on the bike today but felt a little rushed for time and not ready.
It is important to have rest days when I need them but it is something that I do find hard.
Will be good for the knee as well!
Taking my rest day today and will try and get some bike in next week - no pressure <3.
