Very short run to go grab the car - but I know that movement is better than nothing and a good way to get me up and out early and boost the metabolism.

Assessment run - actually not too bad for the knee - seems to be clearing.
Will be good to catch up with Neil on the coming Monday though :).

Starting my new training plan today and I am so excited to build running back into my life.
I have an aim to be able to run a sub 20 min 5km again - lets do this <3
