Walk with Emma - twinged my hip after slipping on the ice - luckily fine but remember to move with mindfulness. lovely day despite the ice. However foot is fine so feeling very positive with life.

First long run in a long while - body not quite used to it - right outer foot and achilles quite sore so for sure going to take a few days off now to restore :) But so proud of my body and soul for doing it! Decently hilly - used the cloud shoes and don't think they are amazing for anything more than 5km so won't be using them for long runs in the future - going to stick to the Hoka's until a buy a new mixed terrain and trail pair soon! Explored around New Town, Old Town and then back home through the meadows.
