Have not been doing enough hip work recently and it shows with the more consistent flare ups - SO. From tomorrow - all days I do not run I need to do a full focused physio session - all reps on sheet - focus on ankles and hips. Will probably take 20 mins but it is necessary. I also am going to try to cut yoga classes to 1 a day. LISTENING TO YOUR BODY and setting boundaries.

- Right hip grumbling - snapping hip vibes? From tomorrow really need to make sure my physio for both hips and ankles is full and strong and consistent to heal this up. <3

Really great pool intervals session - feeling a LOT better and fitter which is a great sign health wise. 200m warm up, (6 x 200m @3.45), (6 x 50m @ 1), 100m cool down.
