With Max - early morning hungover run - up a big hill to the monument at Chris' - downhill section was bliss.

Evening run to say goodbye to Nads in New Town - also saw Max which was lovely!
Feeling fit and strong - and foot held up fine - must keep going with the physio and stay strong with it all.
