Ran the 1600 leg in the Frosh-Soph DMR. I felt really bad and tired by the end of the first lap so I knew it wasn't going to be a PB. I ran 5:06, which is weird because I thought I was going much slower and holding back, so maybe I can break 5 soon.

Red Raiders - probably the best I've ever felt in a 2 mile. PB'ed by 26 seconds and broke 11 minutes so I'm very happy. I was at around 5:30 for my first mile so my second mile was actually faster than the first.

Did 8 400's for our workout today. I was put into the first group for the first time today which was nerve-racking, but I came a few seconds behind the top guys on each one and was able to hang on. It felt OK, but after the 8th one the back of my legs were really hurting because I was going much faster than I usually go in a 400 workout.

Did 45 minutes around the grounds. The first 10 minutes was a warm up while the next 20 minutes was hard at around 6:15-6:30 pace, ending with a 15 minute cool down. When are we ever going to do a road run!?

It felt pretty good even though I wasn't feeling too good before hand. Also, I was supposed to run the 800, 3200, and a 400 after so I had that in the back of my mind.

It didn't even feel like I was going my hardest but I ended up PB'ing by a second. I think I can get sub 2:20 this season, as it felt good and I had just ran a 1 mile prior to this. Also, I was still thinking about the 2 mile that I was supposed to do after the 800 but we ended up not having to run it for some reason.

Ran the lead off leg of the 4x4 and got 64 seconds again. I don't think my 400 time will go sub 61/60 like I hoped it would this season.
