Race race (800) 2:14 [3] 0.5 mi (4:28 / mi)

800 leg in the 'A' DMR and was lead off. First time starting things didn't go well and I tripped and got several cuts..but second time around I was able to PB by 8 seconds. It might have been the adrenaline from falling, not sure, but barely felt my legs and I was hardly paying attention in the race.

Did 4 800's then 4 400's. He told us slow times and put me at 2:48-2:53 for the 800's. Even though we picked it up and went faster, it still wasn't as hard as I pushed myself in a few workouts prior, but I still got a good workout in, especially on the 400's.

Did a 40 minute jog with some hurdles and stretching after. Not looking forward to our track workout tomorrow..

I barely got any warm up in

Race race (1600) 5:03 [3] 1.0 mi (5:03 / mi)

PB by 2 seconds. It didn't feel as good as it could have but it felt OK. It was really windy and a little chilly, so I'm hoping to break 5 next time we have nice weather.

Had to run for 55 minutes today around the Green. It felt pretty good but it was really long and boring. I lost my watch so I brought my phone and got my mile splits: 7:34, 7:21, 7:22, 7:17, 7:14, 7:17, 7:10. Finished 37 laps in 54:23
