We did the workout in pairs, so while you ran a set of stairs, your partner would do a strength exercise, like pushups, etc. for the duration of your run.
so in between the sets of stairs:
pushups
sit ups
wall sits
squats
Agility 20:00 [3]
Shuffles/high knees/butt kicks/grapevines/sprints between cones while my partner did lunges/bear crawls for 100m (50m there, 50m back), and then we switched. 4 sets of each total.
