Short run before PEPR Symposium. it was disgustingly hot. also mowed the lawn about 2 hours before and was still sweaty from that so yeah didn't matter too much.

walked the brown course on account of my bum ankle. everyone else in my family did pretty poorly though! so I came in about 8 minutes behind Dad and about 7 minutes before Mom.

Orienteering 30:00 [3]

2nd leg of the relay! came out feeling really good and ran a clean race basically up until the spectator control, but I twisted my ankle (the weak one) going into the arena and it felt awful but I thought maybe I could continue so I jog-limped through the arena but then right out of the next control I twisted my ankle again and I thought GOSH this is way too much. so I went back to the start (hadn't gotten that far) and DNF'd. oops.
