Back at the gym cause I was feeling motivated today. Tried front squats for the first time and boy, do those work your abs!
Deadlifts (115#)
Curl to overhead press (15# per side)
Split leg lunges (40#)
Rows (30#)
Tricep barbell curl (30#)
Front squats (60#)
Lat raises (8# per side)
