Well I knew it probably wasn't the best idea to run today since my hip was hurting after running yesterday but I figured it would be ok with lots of ice since I know I won't have time to run tomorrow and probably Friday. It was definitely a bad idea to run today - hip was not feeling good at all, especially after I was done running. I'm prescribing myself lots of ice for the next couple of days! Anyway, took this run pretty easy and nice and flat which was good cause I definitely noticed that hills hurt more, and let me tell you, walking up stairs is a struggle right now. Hopefully ice and a couple of days off will do the trick though!
