Running 59:25 [3] 7.31 mi (8:08 / mi)

This ended up being a bit longer than I meant it to be because my thought process was that I would just run along the trail on this side of the river until I found a good bridge to cross the river and then run back along the trail through South Side. Somehow, I didn't end up finding a good bridge until I got all the way to downtown though, and then I had a nice fun time running up Bates street at the end on tired legs. Nice evening for a run though.

Yoga 40:00 [1]

I'm pretty sure deciding to take yoga was one of the best decisions I have made. It was the first day of actually doing yoga today so it was really easy, which was good because my hamstrings are destroyed right now. So excited for this class though!

Cross Training 35:00 [3]

Went to the gym after yoga to get in the routine of it, but decided I was way too sore from Monday to lift so I did cross training instead.

First time back at the gym for what hopefully becomes a routine this semester. Turns out 11am is a good, not crowded, time to go.
3X10:
Front squats (70#, 8 the last set)/assisted pull-ups (#6)
Single-leg deadlifts (40#)/ incline bench press (25# per side)
Curtsy lunges (30#)/curls (15#)
Back extensions/leg lifts (15 per set for both)
