The front squats were rough...I increased the weight and my legs almost cramped up afterward. Definitely gonna be sore from that one...might already be lol

Took an hour of lying on my bad to get motivated but I actually felt really good once I got out there running. Nice weather too!

What a nice run. Went in the morning, but late enough that there wasn't much traffic. The weather was perfect, and I kind of like running in the morning sometimes - it's a good way to start off the day. I felt really good today too, and managed to do a much less hilly route than the other day.
