After being dead for the first half of this week (probably the flu), I finally decided I was recovered enough to go to the gym. Ran an easy 3 miles on the treadmill and didn't feel half-bad. Still not a fan of the treadmill but it's hard when it's cold out so often.
So it probably wasn't the best idea to just jump back in full force after being sick and trying to run and lift back to back. I got halfway through the lifting and was totally dead. I had to cut it short but I feel like I did pretty good considering how crappy I felt 2 days ago.
