Decided to take a day off and let my legs rest after the run I had yesterday. Also tonight I met on the phone with Erin to discuss my training schedule. Let's get started!
Orienteering (First blue course) 1:44:15 [3] 13.6 km (7:40 / km)
Used my go pro during this run. Was a lot different outcome than I thought due to the face that it was all snow and open fields but it's nice to know that the thing works.
Was bored and had nothing else to do so I did a little bit of abs. Didn't go too hard but enough to get a nice continuous sweat going. -10x25 crunches -10 superman/bananas -5x25 push-ups -2x50 burpees
