We did a really cool workout/stretching/strengthening thing that is really hard to explain... One exercise we did was shoulder army crawls(?) where we started on our backs with our knees bent and moved across the gym by shrugging one shoulder then the other. The focus for all of this was loosening up our shoulders and hips as well as strengthening them.
