I wasn't expecting some of the more technical areas, so I had an embarrassing amount of time lost, but I was happy with my pace and generally with how I anticipated the next 50-100m.

Today seemed so difficult. Maybe it was because I didn't do any warm up...
The hardest exercise for me was holding a push up position with my feet on an exercise ball while Simon repeatedly kicked the ball.

Ok I finally updated my log. I don't really have an excuse for getting behind on my logging so... Whoopsies!

Unhappy left upper calf/back of knee. I started noticing it after the longest interval.
