I thought we were doing 15 so I was very pleasantly surprised after the tenth interval, but I would have pushed harder on the last few if I had known they were my last few.
We ran these on grass because everyone is experiencing aches and pains after yesterday and the weekend training camp.

A little back pain from some of the lifts today... I'm going to keep an eye on it and be really careful. I iced and then heated(?) it when I got home.

Another corridor-o but it was narrower and in trickier terrain. I'm really happy with how I did, but I did lose contact once at the top of a long climb.

Orienteering 1:11:50 [2] 4.22 km (17:01 / km) +143m 14:33 / km

Middle course in the same tricky terrain. The runability wasn't great everywhere, but I was also walking because of fatigue. When I did try to pick up the pace later on in the course, I immediately made a mistake.
