Running warm up/down 17:45 [3] 1.7 mi (10:26 / mi)

Running intervals 3:00 [4]

Plan: 1-2-3-3-2-1 with 3/4 time for rest
Execution: 1-2-ankle dies-walk back to the van through the scary dark woods alone trying not to cry because of how much pain I was in. Yay! Great way to end my time here in France.

Orienteering 20:00 [1]

I was not about to miss out on the last orienteering training, so I walked a few of the controls. It was so much fun and really difficult. I wish I could've done it at full speed :(
Traveling will be painful.

Sunday Dec 13, 2015 #

Spinning 1:00:00 [3]

This went pretty quickly. Near the end I did 5x 30sec on 30sec off, then a long cool down.

Spinning 30:00 [3]

I was planning on going for a long run today, but I was experiencing some upper hamstring pain in my left leg so opted for a shorter bike instead.

Running warm up/down 18:39 [3] 2.0 mi (9:19 / mi)

Distances are kind of wonky today... I don't think my Garmin actually found satellites. Also no climb which is a bummer because it was a hill workout.

Running 22:31 intensity: (10:31 @3) + (12:00 @4) 2.16 mi (10:25 / mi)

6 x 2min on (uphill) 2 min off (downhill or flat)

Running warm up/down 11:54 [2] 1.37 mi (8:41 / mi) +81m 7:20 / mi

Had to be really careful on these trails because they were kind of rocky. Pretty much all of my attention was on the placement of my left foot, and when I stopped paying attention I had a semi-twist that was only painful because of the sprain two weeks ago.
Oh also I stepped in dog poop :)
