Wow I can't lift my arms.
Same deal as yesterday, but with more of a focus on upper body:
45 sec work, 20 sec rest
5 x crunch, straight arm shoulder lift, front plank
4 x L plank, R plank, bicep curl
3 x push up, tricep press, penguin crunch

10 mins normal then 3 x 30 sec on, off
Realizing how important it is to do a solid warm up before any strength.

All 45 sec on, 20 sec off
5 x crunch, superman, front plank
4 x L plank, R plank, bridge
4 x wall sit, squat, 10lb lift things idek
Was only planning on doing three of the last set but it was just that much fun guys... Jk I lost count.
Then one set of Russian twists with 5lbs and 10 push up for funsies.

Fun easy run in the Fells with Dave. I ran with a map and stayed in pretty good contact the whole time. I was planning on doing a few fast paced legs of a red course that was marked on my map, but my hip flexors were cold and tight by the end so I decided to be safe and get warm instead. It was really beautiful despite the slush raining down on us the whole time.

I was planning on going to the gym in the apartment building we're staying at, but our key card wasn't working so... Did some strength in the roomy living room instead! I'm going to try to figure out the key situation later today.

Note

An eight hour bus ride later and I'm in Montreal! Three of my closest high school friends and I are spending three days here. Should be a blast!
