I ran up a gentle incline twice. I was definitely working hard and my knee was not super happy but at least I wasn't limping.

Drove up to the mountains to get some altitude. I didn't realize I was climbing until I turned around and had to walk down for a long time (ouch). My plan was obviously to stay as flat as possible.
