I went to a physical therapist today and he confirmed that I have runner's knee. He gave me exercises for my hips and ankles. He also told me to roll my IT band everyday and do quad and calf stretches. I have appointments with him twice a week for the next month so... hopefully I see some progress soon. I'm not allowed to run for now so I won't be racing at the Troll Cup this weekend. I will be running at team trials even if it doesn't clear up by then.
Walking around Wellesley campus. Pretty bummed that my knee was hurting just from walking around. I found someone who knows what orienteering is! She grew up in Seattle. Sadly she is a senior and therefore won't be at the school next year, but one of her geological sciences professors was very interested...
