Today was the first day of walk 2 mins run 4 mins and I still don't have any knee pain. I'm still feeling discomfort in my right hip and quad though... Yayyyy
Didn't do much actually exercising at PT today because she was checking out this weird pain I have in my quad. Neither of us are that worried about it but she did an evaluation just in case.

I wanted to find something to simulate a hill workout so I jumped on the stair machine.
Picked up some of the green and blue controls from today's local meet at Boojum. It was nice to walk around in the sunshine after a 3.5 hours of driving. My shoulders really hate being held in the driving position for long periods of time so they were screaming at me most of the way.
