To and from work, around campus. Legs are tired from the weekend.

Running warm up/down 15:00 [3]

Orienteering race 50:03 [4] 5.6 km (8:56 / km) +190m 7:38 / km

I pushed pretty hard in the beginning of the race until I caught Evalin around control 8. My legs were tired from yesterday during my warm up, but they loosened up by the time I started racing. Felt more tired on the hills today than yesterday. My navigation was really clean! And I finally won the whole green class, take that M-50.
Oh also I didn't have my watch with me. Maybe it helped keep me focused? I didn't have it yesterday either though...

Note

Some really great course setting this weekend! And the woods were so enjoyable to run through. Wonderful orienteering :)

Running warm up/down 10:00 [3]

Orienteering race 1:45:26 [4] 9.9 km (10:39 / km) +335m 9:07 / km

I'm really proud of myself for completing this. I thought it would wipe me out more physically, but I was still able to think relatively clearly by the end of the course. I had some weirdly dumb errors early on in the course, like taking wrong turns at TRAIL INTERSECTIONS what the heck. And completely forgetting where I was in the middle of a leg.
