A subset of the exercises I detailed alone, this time on my own because we had no classes today in honor of our new president's inauguration. Instead of 2 x 6 reps I did mostly 3 x 10 reps at lighter weight. And I did more than the lousy minute of core we do at the end of class.

Really fun micro-sprints on two adjacent basketball courts. It was fun to have Tyra and Anton there as well as the normal CSU regulars. Thanks to Alex for setting up the training.

Our normal workout is 2 x 6 reps of the following (I grouped them in pairs because we work corresponding muscle groups back to back, however the order of the pairs varies):
Leg curl, leg extension
Bicep curl, tricep press
Lat pull-down, shoulder press
Row, chest press
Abducter, adducter
Leg press
