I think my quads are actually sore from Tuesday's workout. Threw in two approximately minute sets of biking on a really high setting for funsies.

This was actually steep hill walking on a treadmill but my heart rate was in the running zone so...
Strength 20:00 [3]
A subset of the exercises I detailed alone, this time on my own because we had no classes today in honor of our new president's inauguration. Instead of 2 x 6 reps I did mostly 3 x 10 reps at lighter weight. And I did more than the lousy minute of core we do at the end of class.
