Note

I'm going to visit my brother in Vermont this weekend! Really excited to see him.
8 AM

Strength 20:00 [3]

We went outside today! Did some tricep dips, step-ups, push-ups, squats.
Then I went back inside and did some of the arm machines and some leg presses.
3 PM

Running 24:00 [3]

My Garmin wasn't charged so I don't know exact distance or time (hate that). I think there's something wrong with its battery because it had shut off once before with plenty of battery life left. I'll keep an eye on it.

I was planning on going all the way around the lake but about halfway around there was a sign and a guy saying that the rest of the trail was closed off for the weekend so... bummer! It was nice to run the opposite way for once though. Oh I took a pretty hard fall in the beginning which sucked. My knees and palms got scraped up, and I hate getting dirt in bloody scratches. I'm not looking forward to the stinging that will most definitely be caused by the shower I'm about to take.

Orienteering 1:02:47 [3] 6.67 km (9:24 / km) +165m 8:22 / km

At Noon Hill thanks to Ian! Tim beat me by 9 seconds. I think this is revenge from two weekends ago when I got him by two! I'm going to go ahead and blame this on the tape I had on my shoelaces. It completely fell off of my shoe so I had to stop and retie.
12 PM

Orienteering 15:00 [1]

Picking up controls. I actually got lost at one point because I thought there was a trail marked on the map but it turned out to be the circle drawn around the controls I was supposed to pick up. Lol. Whoopsies.
