I have very sore shoulders and pecks today.
Ew so much studying has happened today. Now I'm off to watch the debate with the Wellesley College Democrats and Wellesley Students for Hillary.

Today I did 5 x 30 sec minute wall sits instead of leg press
Then a minute of core (leg lifts)

Stairs! My dorm has four floors so I went from bottom to top five times and then tried some one legged flights but I tripped (lol) so I'm going to work back up to those. I used to be so good at stairs guys... About 25 sec up, 35 sec down.

My body was so not into this today. I was having a really hard time running even on flat surfaces. Focusing was tough too because I've had a headache off and on all weekend. This was still valuable and I'm glad I got in a longer workout this week.
