Today I did 5 x 30 sec minute wall sits instead of leg press
Then a minute of core (leg lifts)
Stairs! My dorm has four floors so I went from bottom to top five times and then tried some one legged flights but I tripped (lol) so I'm going to work back up to those. I used to be so good at stairs guys... About 25 sec up, 35 sec down.

My body was so not into this today. I was having a really hard time running even on flat surfaces. Focusing was tough too because I've had a headache off and on all weekend. This was still valuable and I'm glad I got in a longer workout this week.
