Otervals with Tyra Evalin and Pavlina. So much fun! I felt really good the whole time and was finally able to focus through a whole training. Legs felt strong and I have no hip pain! Thrilled :)

The first exercise of the day was a control pick. The focus was on flow. I did ok in the beginning but was definitely losing focus by the end, needing to stop at almost every control.
